What Yapscape collects, why, and what we do with it.

Public social data
Yapscape reads publicly available posts, comments and reviews on social platforms to understand what people are saying about brands, their competitors and their categories. We do not buy private data, we do not access private accounts or private messages, and we never sell what we collect.
Information you give us
When you request early access, we ask for your name and email address, and optionally your company or organisation. We only use these details to get in touch with you about Yapscape and early access.
Who processes it
Early access requests are sent through Formspree, which receives form submissions on our behalf. This website is hosted on Vercel, and Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity provide our analytics. These providers process data only to deliver their services to us.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use this website, for example which pages they visit, where they click and how far they scroll. Both use cookies, and Clarity can also record sessions. This data is processed by Google and Microsoft. Text typed into form fields is masked. Neither sets cookies unless you accept them in the banner, and you can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. We don’t use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep early access details for as long as we need them to contact you about Yapscape, and delete them when you ask us to.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details you’ve sent us. To make a request, email us at hello@getyapscape.com and tell us what you’d like us to do.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we’ll update this page and the date above.
